The best. Had a few carpets from Chic over the years and nothing is too much trouble. Even managed to sort out a new carpet from point of order to fitting within 48 hours. And very nice and professional guys as well.

After a nightmare experience dealing with quickstep direct and online I have given up.Their customer service is terrible which is a shame because the product is great. I decided to try Chic flooring and in thirty minutes Mo resolved my problem and ordered what I needed.I am so grateful.They are professional and efficient.

Great service from start to finish... Mo in shop was very knowledgeable and advised us with great details and helped us choose the right flooring for passage, rooms and stairs.... the fitters was profession and amazing. I recently had a carpet on my stairs installed by this excellent family run flooring company. The advice provided in store was absolutely excellent, and the service that was delivered by the carpet installation was very professional and to a very high standard. The prices are very reasonable delivered by very professional flooring contractors. I highly recommend all people to use this flooring company for all there flooring needs, carpet, and all types of wooden flooring.

Really good service from Chic Flooring. Help with choosing the right materials and then really professional installation from Mergen and team dealing well with tricky corners and 4 pillars that had to be worked around. They were really committed to finishing the job to a high standard.

I would highly recommend this company. superb service from start to finish. My newly 2bed apartment complete in two days time. Took me a while to
Measure the apartment to get an rough idea of cost but they came and measured everything to be sure & even give me suggestions that which is better flooring for my house.
The installation were fantastic and did an excellent job . The fitter worked super hard and the results was fantastic.
I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do So…

What a wonderful company, such great value. We just had our staircases fully carpeted with natural wool based carpet and we could not be happier. The whole process was very pleasant and the quality of the work phenomenal. The advice we received was spot on. Mergen and Mahmoud the fitters did a splendid job.

I was upgrading a flat for a relative in London and needed to change carpets in two bedrooms. I found Chic Flooring on line and read the reviews. At first, I was a little suspicious of all the great reviews but decided to work with them. Mo and Karim were very knowledgable, accommodating and good to deal with. The carpet they recommended was great and the installation was done really well. Would recommend them 100%.

High quality work at reasonable price. No damages to paintwork or around the skirtingboards. Real professionals with excellent customer service and years of experience.
